  • How do I book my reservation?

    At the moment, we are taking pre-bookings. 

    Send us a message with the above form and we'll be happy to share more details as they become available.


    You will soon be able to book directly  through our website: Select Reserve Your Experience from the ☰ menu on mobile or at the top or bottom of any page on desktop.

  • What should I know before my first retreat?

    After your resercation is complete, we will walk you through next steps.


    To inform packing decisions, check the weekly forecast closer to the retreat date and review the activities available during your stay.


    We recommend arriving 1 day early to settle in and account for flight delays.

  • Do you take care of travel arrangements?

    After you land in Athens, we’re here to enhance your experience with seamless airport transfers on both arrival and return. 


    When your booking is confirmed, simply share the details of your flights with us, and we’ll be in touch to make the arrangements.


    If you choose to arrive early, we can also arrange a pickup from most hotels in the Athens airport area, ensuring a smooth start to your getaway.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We kindly ask for at least 45 days’ notice before the first day of the retreat for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.
