For Tammy, wellness is not a trend; it is a lifestyle. She has always believed that food is medicine, that movement is essential, and that beauty is found in simplicity. From vibrant local vegetables and fresh olive oil to long seaside walks and shared meals under the sun, she embraces the joy of eating well and living well.

Her passion for the Mediterranean lifestyle was inspired by years spent in Italy and Greece, where she fell in love with the culture of balance nourishing meals, meaningful connection, natural movement, and slowing down to truly enjoy life.

Tammy created this retreat to share that love with others to offer guests not just a vacation, but a transformation. A space where healthy cuisine is celebrated, mornings begin with intention, and every detail reflects warmth, elegance, and care.
